Service Description

Please select a day/time that works best for you and we will confirm through email that the date you selected is available. Our schedules can change quickly and our current scheduling recommendation is at least 6 weeks in advance to increase the likelihood of availability for new patients. Katie Bloomquist LMFT, CST a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Eric Sprankle PsyD is a Licensed Psychologist. Both Katie and Eric are Certified Sex Therapists by the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapists.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please do so with at least 48 hours notice by calling and leaving a message: 612-568-2864 All intake appointment cancellations will incur a $50 office fee If a patient does not arrive within 15 minutes of the appointment start time, the appointment is considered a "no show" and will be cancelled. *You will be charged the full session fee if a cancellation is made with less than 48 hours notice *
