Katie Bloomquist LMFT, CST is a highly trained, kink-friendly AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist. She has extensive experience working with BDSM, kink, and fetish communities and views alternative sexual behavior as part of the healthy spectrum of sexuality. Stigma management of alternative sexuality can be challenging, and Katie often helps therapy clients navigate their fetishes/kinks/sexual interests within their current relationships and/or new relationships. For many people, this looks like exploring concealment and disclosure issues and addressing internalized stigma or shame.

Katie has extensive clinical experience working with individuals with less common sexual interests including: macrophilia, vorarephilia, age-play, total power exchange (TPE), electrostimulation, zoophilia, sensory deprivation, erotic asphyxiation, urophilia, furries, sploshing, and object-fetishes. She also works with more common BDSM interests such as role-plays, bondage, sadism, masochism, impact play, foot fetishes and foot/non genital body partialism, and sensation play.
